Westmoreland Mall to host carnival

Between bouts of rain, workers set up a carnival Thursday outside Westmoreland Mall on Route 30 in Hempfield. The carnival will run daily through June 23, mall officials said.

A carnival will operate in the parking lot of the Westmoreland Mall on Route 30 in Hempfield from Friday, June 14, 2019, through June 23, mall officials said.
