Coachella postponed over coronavirus concerns

Coachella has been postponed, the festival announced Tuesday.

The music and arts festival held in Indio, Calif., tweeted a statement saying that it, along with the Stagecoach festival, would be rescheduled to October.

Coachella, headlined by Rage Against the Machine, Travis Scott and Frank Ocean, was set to take place the weekends of April 10 and April 17, but will now take place the weekends of Oct. 9 and Oct. 16.

Stagecoach, headlined by Thomas Rhett, Carrie Underwood and Eric Church, was set to take place the weekend of April 24, but will now take place the weekend of Oct. 23.
