We never had a president who weighed in on culture wars. They were usually too busy running the country to spend almost a day a week on Twitter. Really scary, though, to see President Trump jump right in and turn the wearing of a mask during a pandemic into a political statement. On Tuesday, he accused a reporter wearing one at a press conference of wanting “to be politically correct.”

Trump is attempting to turn the wearing of a mask into a sign of weakness. So funny to see Trump, who I think is the least masculine president in my lifetime, attempt to emasculate people. He retweeted a photo ridiculing Biden for wearing a mask. Odd to see a man who has run from responsibility his whole life belittling others for being responsible.
