DUI, drug cases among those handled by Judge Zucco in Plum on July 14, 2021

District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• James Anker Jr., 38, of Verona on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of possession of controlled substances and three counts of possession with intent to deliver. Allegheny County police filed the charges May 15.
• Jessica Turner, 37, of Verona on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of possession with intent to deliver and three counts of possession of controlled substances. Allegheny County police filed the charges May 15.
• Ian Morelli, 41, of Delmont on charges of receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 22.
• Damon Stolich Sr., 28, of Monroeville on charges of endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and knowledge or intends to obstruct child abuse report or investigation. Charges were filed March 22.
Waived preliminary hearings
• David Lapson, 39, of Pittsburgh on charges of careless driving, reckless driving, failure to keep right, driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed March 27.
• Donald Sizemore,58, of Butler on charges of access device used to obtain property/services and unauthorized use of motor vehicles. Charges were filed Jan. 16, 2020.
• Onarae Houser, 29, of New Kensington on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and failure to keep right. Charges were filed March 25.
