A Pittsburgh woman told police she worked for SpaceX and needed to speak with Elon Musk when she was accused of trespassing at the Texas facility last week, authorities said.

Nivea Parker, 20, is charged with criminal trespass, evading arrest and assault of a public servant in connection with the June 1 incident at the SpaceX Stargate Facility on Rocket Road in Brownsville, Texas.

SpaceX, founded by Musk in 2002, is a private spaceflight and satellite communications company. The company is headquartered in California but has a launch site near Brownsville,.

Employees called police sometime after 5:30 p.m. to report an alleged trespasser, according to a release from the Cameron County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities arrived and found Parker “roaming around the fifth floor” of one of the buildings.

Parker allegedly told police she was a SpaceX employee and wanted to speak to Musk, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla Motors.

Surveillance footage shed Parker entered the building about 5:30 p.m., according to the release. When sheriff’s deputies discovered that Parker did not work for the company, she allegedly tried to run away.

Deputies caught up with Parker while she was still on SpaceX property, authorities said.

Parker was taken to the Cameron County jail. She is being held on $11,000 bond.
