A Stoystown staple is gone.
The Kings & Queens Restaurant & Pub along Lincoln Highway was destroyed by fire Saturday.
A Somerset 911 dispatcher said the building is a total loss.
One person was transported to a hospital for minor smoke inhalation, according to the dispatcher. There were no other injuries reported.
Emergency crews were called to the scene about 9:45 a.m. Saturday.
Multiple departments responded and battled the flames until about 4:30 p.m.
The cause has yet to be determined.
Kings and Queens, built in 1970, was a unique landmark shaped like a castle and decorated inside with suits of armor and other medieval items.
It also was well known for the steer head mounted in the dining room.
The restaurant sat just a few miles from the Flight 93 Memorial.
