Single-lane restrictions will be in effect in Forest Hills on Ardmore Boulevard (Route 30) between Braddock Road and Kenmore Avenue, today through Friday, according to PennDOT.

The lanes are being closed for paving.

The eastbound lane is closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the westbound is closed from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The paving is part of a $13.73 million improvement project, connecting Route 8 and Route 30 between Brinton Road in Wilkinsburg and Yost Boulevard in Forest Hills.

The project includes the replacement of three culverts requiring traffic crossovers, paving operations, ADA curb ramp installation, drainage improvements, signing and pavement marking installation, and other miscellaneous construction.

The project is expected to conclude this summer.
