Four people were taken to the hospital after a car crashed into a house in the 6100 block of Meadow Street in Pittsburgh’s Larimer neighborhood early Sunday morning, according to Pittsburgh Police.

First responders found a woman driving the car, along with a child in the front passenger seat and a baby in a car seat in the back, just before 6:30 a.m. The mother and children were taken to the hospital. First responders said the children were in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.

A child who was in the living room area of the house when the crash occurred was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

The house was condemned after inspectors from the Department of Permits, Licenses and Inspections were called to evaluate the integrity of the structure. The Red Cross was notified to help provide temporary accommodations for the occupants of the home.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
