Three people were hospitalized early Monday morning as a result of injuries sustained in a wreck in Leetsdale.

Fire Chief Wes James said emergency responders were dispatched for a two-vehicle crash near the Wendy’s at Route 65 and Village Drive shortly after midnight.

James said each vehicle had two occupants. Three out of the four people were injured and were transported by ambulance to an area hospital. The other occupant did not require medical transportation.

Crews were on the scene for about an hour. Leetsdale police are investigating.

Anyone with information about the wreck can contact police at 724-266-1380.
