Pittsburgh police are investigating whether a teen charged with sex crimes against two women in Frick Park might have other alleged victims.

Police arrested Isaiah Rivers, 19, of Penn Hills on Sunday and charged him with sexually assaulting one woman and exposing himself to another.

A search of Rivers’ cell phone “revealed evidence of several more unwitting victims” in the park, particularly in the Falls Ravine Trail area, Cara Cruz, a police spokeswoman, said Friday.

Police were dispatched to the park’s Tranquil Trail about 5:15 p.m. Sunday after a woman said a man fondled her while she was running.

A second caller that day said a man exposed himself in front of her near the park’s lawn bowling field.

Police said a third person reported that a man had been following women in the park.

Police apprehended Rivers in the park and said the first victim identified him as her attacker.

Rivers was charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, harassment and open lewdness.

Police took his phone as evidence along with the alleged victim’s clothing.

Rivers was taken to the Allegheny County Jail and released Monday on nonmonetary bond, court records show.

The public defender’s office, which is representing Rivers, declined comment.

Police ask anyone with information to call detectives at 412-422-6520.
