Anita Lipinski of Penn Township is unhappy with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission’s current interchange design, which would relocate Nike Site Road to the wooded area just across the street from her and her Four Seasons Lane neighbors. Lipinski is worried the design will disrupt the peaceful, rural feel of her home, which used to be her parents’ house.
