Someone who bought a lottery ticket in Upper Burrell is $600,000 richer today.

A jackpot-winning Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket was sold at The Little Store along Seventh Street Road. It matched all five balls for the Monday drawing — 7-16-18-37-38.

“I don’t know who it is yet, but it’s exciting that somebody hit that big,” store owner Eric Weaver said.

His family has owned the store for 18 years. Weaver said this is the biggest win in store history.

“I’m happy for whomever it is, but we get a lot of locals, so it would be nice if it was a regular,” Weaver said.

The Little Store will get a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

More than 12,300 other Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets also won prizes on Monday.
