Peoples’ Customer Assistance Program (CAP) lets income-eligible customers pay just 4%-6% of their monthly income instead of usage-based bills. A family of five earning up to $56,475 qualifies. Our Emergency Repair Program covers the full cost of fixing broken equipment or gas lines for eligible households — ensuring your home stays safe before winter.
Our partners at the Dollar Energy Fund offer grants up to $500 for customers facing financial hardship. The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides annual grants up to $1,000 toward heating costs.
