Minor league report: Sam Poulin scores twice in Penguins win

A pair of goals by forward Sam Poulin led the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins to a 3-2 win against the Bridgeport Islanders at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Friday.

Defenseman Ryan Graves recorded two assists for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (8-1-0-0) while forward Danton Heinen contributed a goal.

Goaltender Filip Larsson made 22 saves on 24 shots to boost his record to 3-0-0.

Highlights:

The Penguins’ next game is a road contest against the Utica Comets on Saturday, 6 p.m.
