When we see grown women talking about having been sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein, it’s easy to forget that they were children when trafficked and abused. Think of girls 14 to 17 years old that you know. How would you feel seeing them treated like sexual objects? There are also credible reports of girls ages 11 and 13!

While the current released emails are about what President Trump knew of these abuses at the time, remember that human trafficking and sexual abuse of girls should not be a political issue. Anyone involved or who knew about what was happening without reporting it should be held accountable so that those who were girls will get some measure of justice.

I believe the recent focus is on Trump mostly because he, along with many in his cabinet and Speaker Mike Johnson, have been involved in a massive cover-up that must end now. Whether or not Trump is one of the guilty parties in the original crimes, he seems to be central to the cover-up, and that itself is a crime against justice for the hundreds of victims.
