Classroom Crusher will be among the trucks competing at Monster Jam on May 17 at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh.

Fresh on the heels of a weekend of shows at PPG Paints Arena, Monster Jam announced Tuesday it will be back in Pittsburgh, but in a much larger venue.

The monster trucks — weighing in at 12,000 pounds — will be flying through the air and performing stunts in their debut at Acrisure Stadium on May 17.

Among the highlights are the Pittsburgh debut of Classroom Crusher, the “truck that’s too cool for school and loves to break the rules.” The drivers are also competing for the Stadium Championship Series East title and a spot in the Monster Jam World Finals over the July 4 weekend in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The following trucks and drivers are scheduled to compete, with the lineup subject to change:

  • Avenger (Jim Koehler)
  • Axe (Joe Foley)
  • Classroom Crusher (Camden Murphy)
  • El Toro Loco (Armando Castro)
  • Grave Digger (Tyler Menninga)
  • Jurassic Attack (Dalton Widner)
  • Lucas Stabilizer (Cynthia Gauthier)
  • Megalodon (Kevin Crocker)
  • Monster Mutt (Chris Koehler)
  • ThunderROARus (Colt Stephens)
  • Vendetta (Mike Christensen)
  • Zombie (Bari Musawwir)

Tickets are available at ticketmaster.com.
