Owen lauds Sunday’s episode of “The Last of Us” and gives a shout-out to the University of Pittsburgh’s student-run radio station WPTS-FM, which ended 2022 with honors from the Greater Pittsburgh Community Media Awards (Community Radio Award) and the College Radio Foundation (Spirit of College Radio Award for World College Radio Day programming on Oct. 7).
