Tyrannis and Deliria set out to find the dragon that is causing a plague in the “Contagion” episode of “Krapopolis.”

Trib Total Media TV writer Rob Owen answers reader questions every Wednesday at TribLive.com in a column that also appears in the Sunday Tribune-Review.

Q: On Oct. 8, I turned on the new Fox animated series, “Krapopolis.” On three different occasions a character used the term “jagoff,” so I surmise someone on the writing staff has origins in metropolitan Pittsburgh. N’at.

— Robert, via email

Rob: We’ve noted in the past that “jagoff,” while popular in Pittsburgh, is not a term solely employed by those from Pittsburgh. The term is also popular in Chicago.

A “Krapopolis” Fox publicist queried the staff – bear in mind, any scripts from this season were probably written two years ago given the production time on animated series – and no one could recall how the term made it into the script other than it got some laughs in the writers’ room. The show’s executive producer does not think any of the writers are from Pittsburgh or Chicago.

Q: I read your article on some TV series that are ending soon, “Bob (Hearts) Abishola” being one of them, and what was on the horizon for Billy Gardell. I was wondering if he’s considered, or would consider, a “Mike & Molly” reboot. I’ve been watching a lot of reruns lately and laughing until it hurts. I don’t think I appreciated the show enough when it was on prime time. I saw that [series star] Melissa [McCarthy] mentioned on one website that fans probably wouldn’t want to see older Mike and Molly as parents of toddlers. Everybody ages but fans would be so glad to have the show back on the air, we wouldn’t care about that. I read where Melissa said she would like to have done 50 more seasons. I’m pretty sure Molly says in one episode, “Give the people what they want.”

— Chris, via email

Rob: Gardell was asked about a “Mike & Molly” reunion during my recent set visit to “Bob (Hearts) Abishola.”

“I really don’t know [about a] ‘Mike Molly’ reunion. They won’t recognize Mike,” Gardell said, referring to his weight loss over the run of “Bob (Hearts) Abishola.” “Maybe I put a heavy suit on and we go back in and do one big reunion. I don’t know.”

While my sense is Gardell would be game for a “Mike & Molly” reunion, the show was probably not popular enough for CBS to consider such a reboot.

Q: Now that new episodes of broadcast network shows have arrived, is CBS planning to run any remaining episodes of “Yellowstone”?

— Sue, Mt. Pleasant

Rob: CBS has not announced plans to air more “Yellowstone” episodes but given the episodes that already aired were successful ratings-wise, it seems likely CBS will air more episodes at some point. A CBS publicist did not respond when I sent her Sue’s question.

CBS did announce it will air the first season of another Tyler Sheridan-produced series, Paramount+’s Sylvester Stallone-starring “Tulsa King,” this summer.

Q: Will “1923” continue?

— Eveline, via Facebook

Rob: Yes. The show was renewed a year ago but then the strikes happened. I confirmed they still plan to film a second season later this year so the episodes probably won’t stream until sometime in 2025.
