Greensburg Art Center celebrates sculpture park additions

A sculpture by Greensburg artist Brian McCall, who will install a new outdoor sculpture on the grounds of the Greensburg Art Center during an upcoming reception.

In celebration of new additions to its sculpture park, the Greensburg Art Center will hold a reception on its 230 Todd School Road grounds.

The 1-4 p.m. Aug. 4 event is free and open to the public.

Featured are several outdoor sculptures by Virgil Cantini, Josefa Filkosky, Brian McCall and John W. Pollins lll, according to center representatives.

During the reception, McCall will add his second piece to the growing collection.

The art center is home to his four colorful paint tubes that serve as the center’s logo and are visible from Route 30.
