New Baby Shark merchandise coming to Walmart
Baby Shark will consume us all.
As if billions of YouTube views and a 100-date live tour wasn’t enough, the children’s song mega-hit is getting a new merchandise line at Walmart.
Stores will stock electronic puppets that sing the song, dolls, bath toys, a Play-Doh set, towels and bedding.
All depict the colorful cartoon family of sharks created by South Korean media brand Pinkfong.
The bedding is available now, the rest is coming in about two weeks.
Other Baby Shark merchandise, including dolls and clothing, is already available at several retailers.
Kellogg’s will release an official “Baby Shark” cereal next year.
Baby Shark Live is going on tour, with a Pittsburgh stop at the Byham Theater Nov. 4.
The sharks are perhaps the world’s biggest social media celebrities for toddlers.
The most popular version of the song, released in 2016, has over 3.1 million views. Other versions of “Baby Shark” have tens of millions of views each.
