…By The Deed are playing a benefit for Palestine show on Friday at Spirit Hall in Lawrenceville.

It’s been less than a year since …By The Deed played their first show, and the Pittsburgh hardcore band shows no sign of slowing down.

Next up for the band is a Benefit for Palestine show on Friday at Spirit Music Hall in Lawrenceville. They’ll be joined by Fight On Sight, Bad Bet, May Day Marching Band and Uprising. The all-ages show, with doors opening at 6 p.m., has a suggested donation of $15 to $20, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

“‘Choose to see the possibilities when you proceed to live life by the deed.’ Simply put, we need to believe in our collective power to support each other without the state,” drummer Cee said. “They’ve already abandoned us. They were never there for us in the first place. We’re all we have, and we’re all we have ever had.”

Cee filled TribLive in on what else we should know about …By The Deed.
