Space enthusiasts will have a chance to build a Lego replica of the Apollo 11 Lunar Lander to celebrate the anniversary of the first moon landing.

Lego has partnered with NASA to release Saturday the NASA Apollo 11 Lunar Lander building set.

The cost for the set is $100.

July 20 marks the 50th anniversary of the astronauts stepping foot on the moon.

The collectible model features a detailed replica of Apollo 11’s Eagle lunar module as well as a depiction of the lunar surface with crater, footprints and a U.S. flag.

The descent stage comes with gold-colored landing pads and panels, opening camera, laser hatches and a ladder. The ascent stage has a detailed interior with room for two astronauts.

The set also includes two astronaut mini-figures with NASA decoration and golden helmets.

Even 50 years later it appears people are just as interested in the moon landing as they ever were.

The “Destination Moon: The Apollo 11 Mission” exhibition in the Senator John Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh’s Strip District drew a record number of visitors this winter.

The exhibition drew roughly 100,000 visitors from Sept. 29 through Feb. 18. The Pittsburgh facility was one of only four nationwide to host the exhibit.
