See what’s cooking at the Wyndham Grand Hotel and Ballroom in Pittsburgh on Sunday.

That’s the site of the sixth annual Steel Chef Challenge Culinary Gala. The gala begins at 5:30 p.m.

This event spotlights 20 of Pittsburgh’s premier chefs preparing their creations.

The format is similar to the Food Network’s television show “Steel Chef Challenge.” A surprise “secret ingredient” is revealed and local chefs are challenged to incorporate the secret ingredient into one of the four courses.

This year’s judges are WQED’s Chris Fennimore, Former Pittsburgh Penguin Phil Bourque, Jamison Lamb Farm’s owner Jon Jamison and Pittsburgh’s Restaurant Week founder Brian McCollum. They will select the winner.

WPXI-TV’s Aaron Martin KDKA-TV’s and Amy Wadas will be the masters of ceremonies.

Here are the contestants:

Paul Morrison, Sysco – Culinary Co-Chair

Dean Gress, Executive Chef Wyndham Grand – Culinary Co-Chair
