2 men injured in shooting in Homewood South

Two men were injured in a shooting in Homewood South early Saturday morning, according to Pittsburgh police.

First responders found the two men just after 2 a.m. in the 700 block of Brushton Avenue after hearing reports of several victims with gunshot wounds.

One man had a graze wound and the other was shot in the arm. Both were taken to hospitals by Pittsburgh EMS medics in stable condition.

Police located a crime scene several blocks away in the 8000 block of Bennett Street.

Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating.
