A scratch-off ticket worth $3 million was sold at a Shop ’n Save in Richland, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced Monday, Oct. 27.

The $3,000,000 Golden Ticket is a $30 game that offers five top prizes of $3 million. Two of those prizes remain available, according to the lottery.

The Shop ’n Save at Richland Mall, 5373 William Flinn Highway, gets a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Other wins remaining include four $300,000 prizes, 10 $30,000 prizes, 633 $3,000 prizes, 1,367 $1,000 prizes and 11,913 $600 prizes, according to the lottery.

Scratch-offs are distributed at random, so the lottery and retailers don’t know where winning tickets are sold. The lottery learns where winning tickets are sold only after a prize has been claimed.

Scratch-off prizes expire one year from the game’s end-sale date posted at palottery.com. Winners should sign the back of their ticket and call the lottery at 800-692-7481.

All lottery prizes more than $5,000 are subject to applicable withholding.
