Assault, harassment, trespassing among charges handled recently by Bridgeville, Carnegie, Scott judges

District court judges in Bridgeville, Scott and Carnegie handled these criminal cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in appropriate district courts or the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet, Bridgeville

• Michael Waite, 31, of Carnegie on charges of simple trespassing, theft from a vehicle, receiving stolen property and possession of instruments of crime. Charges were filed by Collier police on Dec. 11.

Judge Jack R. Kobistek, Carnegie

• Richard Ray Breeden Jr., 51, of Crafton on charges of criminal trespassing, making terroristic threats, simple assault, defiant trespassing and two counts each of aggravated assault and harassment. Charges were filed by Crafton police on Dec. 10.

• Justin Nilus Rumble, 41, of Pittsburgh on charges of making terroristic threats, simple assault, strangulation and harassment. Charges were filed by Ingram police on Dec. 11.

• Storm Anthony Marby, 20, of Pittsburgh on charges of flight to avoid apprehension, carrying a firearm without a license, fleeing or attempting to elude police, resisting arrest, prohibited acts, failing to show a driver’s license, speeding, careless driving, reckless driving, a DUI and two counts of failing to stop at a stop sign. Charges were filed by Carnegie police on Dec. 12.

• Richard Ian Kennedy, 58, of Pittsburgh on two counts of defiant trespassing and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Crafton police on Dec. 12.

Judge Craig Stephens, Scott

• Joseph Cunningham, 22 on charges of propulsion of missiles, disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment. Charges were filed by Scott police on Dec. 11. Police did not list a place of residence for Cunningham.

• Brennan Matthew Coles, 23, of Charleroi on charges of possession of drugs, driving under a revoked or suspended license and five DUIs. Charges were filed by Green Tree police on Dec. 12.

• Lucee Elizabeth Karu, 30, of Heidelberg on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by Heidelberg police on Dec. 14.
