Chartiers Valley School District students successfully completed the requirements set forth by the Pennsylvania State Modern Language Association and have earned their honor designation as Global Scholars. Their commitment to learning another language was combined with taking courses with an international or global focus. In addition, they completed extracurricular activities and 20 service hours and wrote analytical reviews of world literature and media. Many of the students participated in enriching travel to many parts of the world.

The World Languages Department is proud of their hard work and dedication to global issues.
