Graduates from Northampton Community College
Elizabeth Harness of Carnegie earned a specialized diploma in early childhood education from Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, Pa. The commencement ceremony took place on Jan. 30.
Player of the Week
Lebanon Valley College’s Olivia Cindrich of Carnegie was named MAC Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending Feb. 21.
In the first two games of the season, both against Neumann, Cindrich was on fire offensively as she totaled five points on three goals and a pair of assists. In the season opener on Friday night, she netted two goals and added an assist in a 4-4 draw. The following day, Cindrich would pick up where she left off with a goal and a helper in a 5-4 OT defeat.
Cindrich, a graduate of Carlynton Jr-Sr High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in exercise science.
