Stalking, disorderly conduct among charges filed in Bridgeville, Scott, Carnegie district courts
District judges in Bridgeville, Scott and Carnegie handled these criminal cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in appropriate district courts or the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet, Bridgeville
• Jamie Regis Smith, 48, of Crafton on charges of stalking, harassment, defiant trespassing and two counts of making terroristic threats. Charges were filed by Port Authority police on May 2.
• Dylan James Butkus, 22, of Carnegie on charges of prohibited acts, failing to stop at a red light, careless driving and a DUI. Charges were filed by South Fayette police on May 2.
Judge Jack R. Kobistek, Carnegie
• Michael Christopher James, 33, of Ambridge on two counts of prohibited acts and a DUI. Charges were filed by Crafton police on April 29.
• Gary Reagan, 61, of Crafton on charges of public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and prohibited acts. Charges were filed by Crafton police on April 30. Reagan also faces a charge of retail theft. That charge was filed by Ingram police, also on April 30.
Judge Craig Stephens, Scott
• Glenn Arthur McCracken, 41, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under a suspended or revoked license and a DUI. Charges were filed by Scott police on May 3.
