There were no reported injuries from an intense fire that tore through a Reserve Township home early Friday morning, according to Tribune-Review news partner WPXI.

The fire on Klementina Drive was reported around 12:30 a.m., WPXI reported.

Firefighters told WPXI the blaze likely started on the first floor, quickly spreading to the home’s second floor and shooting through the roof.

The occupants were not home. They’d opted to stay elsewhere Thursday night because of furnace troubles, according to WPXI. One resident returned to find the house on fire early Friday morning after receiving an alert that a carbon monoxide detector in the home was going off.

The cause of the fire has not been determined. A fire marshal will investigate.
