Traffic restrictions will continue for several weeks on Little Deer Creek Valley Road in Indiana Township, PennDOT officials announced.

Anyone traveling near the Lefever Road neighborhood should expect delays.

Milling and paving is happening from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

Crews from Tresco Paving will flag motorists into single lanes of alternating traffic between Marshall Hill and Log Cabin roads.

Work is expected to last through mid-August.

Motorists can check the status of the project, along with other roadwork, at 511PA.com.

It won’t be easy to escape the traffic tangles because a portion of Jacoby Road is closing for four months for bridge reconstruction. Little Deer Creek Bridge No. 5 closed July 17.

The $1.1 million project will replace the bridge that crosses over the Little Deer Creek stream on Jacoby Road between Rosedale Road and Ecker Lane.
