Homecoming happenings were in full swing Sept. 13 as the annual Fox Chapel Area Community Carnival kicked off an evening of festivities in the district.
The carnival was held on the front lawn and parking lot of Fox Chapel Area High School’s campus.
Activities included a petting zoo, live music performed by faculty and students, food trucks, a bouncy house and a giant slide.

The 2024 Homecoming king and queen, Christian Dantey and Ava Persichetti, were crowned during halftime.
The other members of the Homecoming court were Isabella Cheatham, Maurena Cilenti, Emma Donovan, Chase Hendren, Nick Ingramm and Caden Kaiser.
Remi Kurzdorfer and Vincent Corcoran were named princess and prince.
