Fox Chapel Area High School's Boo Bash delights with fun, games and trick-or-treating

Even the fox statue outside Fox Chapel Area High School got into the spirit of the school’s Halloween event, Boo Bash, on Oct. 28, dressed as — what else — Queen Elsa from “Frozen” — perhaps a nod to the musical “Frozen Jr.” that will be presented at Dorseyville Middle School Nov. 16-17 at 7 p.m. and Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. in the middle school auditorium.

National Honor Society students at Fox Chapel Area High School sponsored their annual Boo Bash on Oct. 28 for kids in pre-kindergarten through third grade. Little goblins and ghosts in costume trick-or-treated through the halls of the high school. They also played games and enjoyed other fun activities.

The event was free, but donations of money and nonperishable food were suggested to benefit several local charities, including Fox Families Care, Second Harvest, Backpack for Hunger and Roots of Faith.

Even the fox statue outside Fox Chapel Area High School got into the fun, dressed as Queen Elsa from “Frozen”.

Dorseyville Middle School will present “Frozen Jr.” Nov. 16-17 at 7 p.m. and Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. in school auditorium. The school is located at 3732 Saxonburg Blvd.

All seats are reserved, and tickets are $12 plus a convenience fee and can be purchased at https://our.show/dms-frozen-jr. No tickets will be sold at the door.
