Students from Christ the Divine Teacher Catholic Academy laced up their sneakers for a sporty fundraiser on May 9 at Allegheny RiverTrail Park.

The Sixth Annual Panther Prowl Walk-a-Thon raised money for the school, which has an annual fundraising goal of $120,000.

Students from all grades enjoyed nice weather and a river view as they exercised.

“Students showed their spirit and stamina as they walked and ran laps, all while raising funds through generous sponsorships,” said Katie Lovett, director of marketing and admissions. “A huge shoutout to DJ Steve Maffei for keeping the energy high with great music and good vibes.”
