A man turned himself into police Thursday after Sharpsburg surveillance video showed him firing two gunshots along Main Street, one hitting a passing car.
Justin Craig faces charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment stemming from the Oct. 17 incident, according to Tribune-Review news partner WPXI-TV.
Police said Craig left Big Pat’s Bar along Main Street and fired his gun twice.
The incident was not reported to 911. Officers learned about the shooting after the driver of the car went to the police station on Oct. 18 and alerted them.
No one was injured in the shooting.

Police said the incident started with a fight inside the bar. Craig was caught on camera leaving the bar and walking into the middle of the road to fire his gun. The first shot hit a transformer, and the second went through the back of a car that was pulling up to a red light.
Police said the bullet went through the trunk and then through the passenger’s seat, lodging into the vehicle’s front air bag.
The driver of the car told police he had just dropped off a friend who had been sitting in the passenger’s seat.
Chief Tom Stelitano was not immediately available for comment.
