A 45-year-old man died after falling from a tree in Churchill on Friday afternoon while working, according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The man was identified as Heath Barr of Ellwood City.
According to a medical examiner’s report, Barr died at UPMC Mercy hospital after falling from the tree in the 100 block of Churchill Road around 12:25 p.m.
Allegheny County Police are investigating. They did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
