Pittsburgh police detectives are looking for a man who was last seen in Downtown Pittsburgh in early September.
Elijah “Eli” Rupprecht, 36, has been known to spend time in the Downtown, North Side, South Side, and West End areas, according to police. He may also be in Washington County or Robinson Township.
Police said Rupprecht is 5 feet and 8 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has blue eyes. His hair was medium-length and is sandy brown. He may be carrying a black backpack.
