A man was hospitalized in critical condition Friday night after Pittsburgh police said he was shot in the head.
The shooting may have occurred during a robbery around 9:15 p.m. in the city’s Beltzhoover neighborhood, according to police. Authorities were notified by ShotSpotter of the shooting in the area of East Warrington and Estrella avenues.
The wounded man was taken to a hospital by ambulance.
