A man shot in the lower leg in Pittsburgh’s Carrick neighborhood early Saturday morning was hospitalized in stable condition, Pittsburgh police said.

Police were dispatched at about 12:25 a.m. to a business in the 2500 block of Brownsville Road, where the victim had gone after being shot, police said. Two shell casings were found by police about a block from where the victim went for help.

Police are reviewing video from the area to determine how the shooting occurred. The investigation is ongoing.
