Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases March 22, 2021. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. All charges were filed by Monroeville police.

Held for court

• Michael P. Evans, 60, of Penn Hills on charges of burglary and two counts each of criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 5.

• Ashante Love Spears, 21, of Duquesne on charges of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image and invasion of privacy. Charges were filed Nov. 23.

• Louie Rice, 22, of Pittsburgh on charges of criminal use of a communication facility, criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver, tampering with evidence and possession of drugs. Charges were filed Feb. 22.

• Gregory Roscoe, of Natrona Heights on writing a bad check. The charge was filed Dec. 21.

• Chace Jay Cole, 29, of Delmont on charges of making a false alarm to an agency of public safety. The charge was filed Dec. 1.

• Ian Morelli, 41, of Delmont on charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, improper display of a plate card, driving under a revoked or suspended license and operating a vehicle without the required financial responsibility. Charges were filed Dec. 2.

Waived for court

• Jamie Synan, 22, of Pittsburgh on charges of following too closely, speeding and three DUIs. Charges were filed Dec. 14.
