Burglary, drugs among charges handled by Monroeville Judge Jeffrey Herbst on May 10, 2021
Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases May 10. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. All charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Anthony Watkins, 43, of Pittsburgh on charges of retail theft and conspiracy. Charges were filed Jan. 26.
• Michelle Gandy, 29, of McKees Rocks on charges of driving under the influence, exceeding 35 mph in an urban district by 24 mph, careless driving and reckless driving. Pitcairn police filed the charges Nov. 29.
• Priscilla Storey, 27, of Pitcairn on charges of simple assault. Charges were filed Jan. 24.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Anna Raynovich, 33, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving. State police filed the charges Oct. 23.
• Xhasa Green, 28, of Monroeville on charges of fraud and criminal attempt - theft by deception. State Attorney General’s Office filed the charges April 29.
• William Meli, 61, of Wilkins on charges of possession of controlled substances and driving under the influence. Charges were filed Jan. 10.
• Brandy Hogan, 47, of Monroeville on charges of driving under the influence and driving on right side of roadway. Charges were filed Jan. 1.
• Vladimir Mishkov, 63, of Monroeville on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Oct. 6.
Mishkov went before the judge on another case. He waived a preliminary hearing on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed March 10.
• David Batzel, 61, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving with a suspended license. Pitcairn police filed the charges Feb. 10.
