Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases July 26. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Antione Peters, 35, of Trafford on charges of driving under the influence, turning movements and required signals, exceeding maximum speed limits, careless driving and reckless driving. State police filed the charges Oct. 2.
• Jeffrey Sever, 40, of Elizabeth on charges of theft by deception, seven counts of bad checks and 11 counts of forgery. Charges were filed March 9.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Steven Staymates, 37, of Trafford on charges of driving under the influence, habitual offenders and failure to keep right. Charges were filed Jan. 7.
• Kendre Murrell, 21, of Pittsburgh on charges of receiving stolen property, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and improper sunscreening. Charges were filed July 15.
• Derrick Hemby, 34, of Monroeville on charges of driving under the influence and disregard traffic lane. Charges were filed April 5.
• Eddie Wynn, 26, of Pittsburgh on charges of theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed Feb. 16.
• Angel Perez, 19, of East Pittsburgh on charges of obstructing administers of the law and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Jan. 25.
• Carrie Campbell, 40, of Monroeville on charges of theft by unlawful taking, access device used to obtain property or service and receiving stolen property. Allegheny County police filed the charges April 22.
• Arlene Zuhosky, 53, of Trafford on charges of driving under the influence and disregard traffic lane. Charges were filed March 8.
