Drug, firearms cases among those recently handled by Judge Herbst in Monroeville

Monroeville District Court Judge Jeffrey Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

Nicholas Ralph Conley, 37, of Verona on charges of disorderly conduct and defiant trespassing. Charges were filed May 3. Another case of his was also held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under a suspended or revoked license. Those charges were filed May 4.

Maximillion Lee Polster, 21, of Fox Chapel on charges of speeding, careless driving and three DUIs. Charges were filed May 18 by Pennsylvania State Police.

Mark Lamarr Beavers, 21, of Pittsburgh’s Knoxville neighborhood on charges of prohibited possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm with altered manufacturer’s number, having a firearm without a license, disorderly conduct and carrying a loaded weapon. Charges were filed Sept. 14.

Waived for court

Antoinette Saunders, 42, of Pitcairn on charges of public drunkenness, aggravated harassment, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed July 25 by Pitcairn police.

Jaison England Jr., 19, of Pittsburgh’s Stanton Heights neighborhood on charges of possession of drugs with intent to deliver or manufacture, possession of a controlled substance, failing to use turning signals and having too darkly tinted windows. Charges were filed Aug. 14.
