Drugs, disorderly conduct among charges filed by Monroeville police April 22 and 29, 2021
The following charges were filed April 22 and 29, 2021 with Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. Charges were filed by Monroeville police, unless otherwise noted:
• William Edward Montgomery, 59, of Arnold with failure to comply with registration requirements. The charge was filed by the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office on April 22 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Monroe Street.
• Nazar Slyuz, 31, of Pittsburgh with operation of a vehicle with financial requirements, failing general lighting requirements, prohibited acts and four counts of possession. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police April 29 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Broadway Boulevard.
• Nicholas William Norris, 29, of Pitcairn with possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed by Pitcairn police April 29 in connection with an incident along the 1000 block of Broadway Boulevard.
• Talaya Marie West, 36, of Tarentum with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed April 29 in connection with an incident along the 4500 block of William Penn Highway.
• Kayla Dempster, 29, of Pitcairn with making terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting arrest. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police April 29 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Center Avenue.
• Sheena Marie Collie, 28, of Pittsburgh with making an unsworn falsification to authorities. The charge was filed April 29 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Mall Boulevard.
