Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases April 26. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Held for court

• Marvin L. Sheppard, 27, of Pittsburgh on charges of possession of drugs with intent to deliver and possession of drugs. Charges were filed March 25.

• Amanda Lynn Delsignore, 30, of North Versailles on charges of possession of drugs. Charges were filed Jan. 31.

• Nathaniel Wilson, 33, of Blairsville on charges of possession of drugs and driving under a revoked or suspended license. Charges were filed Feb. 2.

• Krysta Palermo, 38, of Plum on charges of hindering an apprehension, obstructing law enforcement, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed April 16.

Waived for court

• Richard Jose Mautino Jr., 19, of Plum on charges of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed April 16.

• Daray Luqwan Washington, 37, of Monroeville on charges of receiving stolen property, possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possessing a firearm while being a fugitive, two counts of illegal possession of a firearm, three counts of possession of drugs and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed April 19.

• Nicholas Celli, 39, of Latrobe on possession of drugs. The charge was filed Feb. 9.

• Thomas Przybysz, 60, of Verona on charges of causing an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle and a DUI. Charges were filed Feb. 7.

• Cynthia Kay Green, 62, of Pittsburgh on charges of careless driving, failure to notify police of an accident involving damage to a vehicle and a DUI. Charges were filed Feb. 11.
