Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases March 15, 2021. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. All charges were filed by Monroeville police.

Held for court

• Tanesha Lynne Olverson, 35, of Pittsburgh on two counts of criminal attempt, making an unsworn falsification to authorities and violating firearm ownership duties. Charges were filed Feb. 7.

• Robert U. Raglin, 34, of Duquesne on two counts of prohibited possession of a firearm. Charges were filed Feb. 6.

• Paul Donoughe, 37, of Gallitzin on charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. Charges were filed Oct. 7.

• Stacie Kukla, 36, of Swissvale on charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of possession of drugs. Charges were filed Feb. 26.

• Allyson Calloway, 30, of Pitcairn on charges of hindering apprehension and tampering with evidence. Charges were filed Jan. 19.

Waived for court

• Justin Turner, 34, of Friedens on possession of drugs. The charge was filed Dec. 3.

• Anthony Damond Hampton Jr., 22, of Monroeville on charges of invasion of privacy and harassment. Charges were filed June 10.

• Monte Treon Wilson, 26, of Akron, Ohio, on charges of receiving stolen property and possession of drugs. Charges were filed May 25.

• Tyera Chyanne Haynes, 21, of Verona on charges of possession of drugs and driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges were filed Feb. 22, 2020.
