DUI, drug cases recently handled by Judge Herbst in Monroeville - Nov. 6, 2019
Monroeville District Court Judge Jeffrey Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Shaquan Moore, 27, of Pittsburgh on charges of flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, possession with intent to deliver, recklessly endangering another person, escape, providing false identification to law enforcement, disorderly conduct, possession of controlled substances, driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at red signal, failure to perform duties at stop sign, careless driving, reckless driving and criminal use of a communication facility. Charges were filed Oct. 14.
• Nicole Sutton, 33, of Monroeville on charges of receiving stolen property and access device used to obtain property or service. Charges were filed Aug. 13.
• Christopher Cobbs, 26, of Duquesne on charges of driving with a suspended license and habitual offenders. Pitcairn police filed the charges Aug. 15.
• Eugene Jones, 20, of Pittsburgh on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, possession of controlled substances, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Sept. 15.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Michele Cercone, 54, of Monroeville on charges of possession of controlled substances, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Allegheny County police filed the charges Sept. 11.
• Joseph Brennan, 24, of Plum on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and exceeding 55 mph in other locations by 25 mph. State police filed the charges Sept. 23.
• Jonte Kimbroug, 40, of Muskegon, MI on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, careless driving and exceeding maximum speed limits. State police filed the charges Sept. 23.
• Khalil Collier, 25, of Wilmerding on charges of resisting arrest, possession of firearm prohibited, two counts of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Oct. 17.
• Arthur Constable, 39, of Monroeville on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. Charges were filed Oct. 21.
• Jerome Shelby, 31, of Verona on charges of harassment, aggravated assault, criminal mischief and two counts of simple assault. Pitcairn police filed the charges Oct. 10.
• Ahmed Fahad, 37, of Monroeville on charges of driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane, following too closely, driving at unsafe speed and failure to stop and give information or render aid. State police filed the charges July 19.
• Nadia Oku, 22, of Penn Hills on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed Aug. 30.
• Christopher Masters, 45, of Monroeville on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver and three counts of possession of controlled substances. State Attorney General’s Office filed the charges Sept. 12.
• Raymond Chuderewicz, 52, of Monroeville on charges of possession of controlled substances, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Allegheny County police filed the charges Sept. 11.
