DUIs, drugs, firearms violations among charges handled March 1, 2021 by Monroeville judge Jeffrey Herbst
Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Ricco Sears, 35, of Pittsburgh on charges of having illegible plates at a reasonable distance, having an open alcoholic container in the vehicle and three DUIs. Charges were filed July 31. Other charges for a separate case involving Sears include manufacturing, delivering and possessing drugs; tampering with evidence; tampering with public information; possession of drugs; and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Those charges were filed May 8.
• Chace Jay Cole, 29, of Monroeville on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, resisting arrest, possession of drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Nov. 26.
• Hailey Paige Rose, 24, of Blairsville on charges of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Aug. 27.
• Joshua Davon Austin-Pollard, 29, of Pitcairn on charges of rape of a child, sexual assault, interference with custody of children, concealment of whereabouts of a child, corruption of minors, contact and communication with a minor involving sexual abuse, indecent assault to a person less than 13 years of age and aggravated indecent assault. Charges were filed by Allegheny County police Dec. 31.
• Shayron Eugene Coleman, 26, of Pittsburgh on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; manufacturing, delivering and possessing drugs; obstructing the administration of the law; disorderly conduct; possession of drugs; driving under a revoked or suspended license; disobeying traffic-control devices; making an illegal turn; failing to use turning signals; speeding; careless driving; reckless driving; failure to display a certificate of inspection; three counts of tampering with evidence; two counts of resisting arrest; and two counts of having an open alcoholic container in the vehicle. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police Nov. 9.
• Robert Dallas, 57, of Pittsburgh on making a false report to incriminate another. The charge was filed Sept. 20.
• Deshawn Lavell Livingston, 19, of Munhall on charges of carrying a firearm without a license and carrying a loaded weapon. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 23.
• Loran Michael Evans, 19, of Pittsburgh on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, possession of marijuana, carrying a loaded weapon, driving an unregistered vehicle, not using a low beam and failure to use a safety belt. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 23.
• Michael R. Lucchetti, 64, of Kittaning on charges of possession of drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed April 20.
• Deandre K. Williams, 27, of Pittsburgh on receiving stolen property. The charge was filed Feb. 20, 2020. He also faces charges for a separate case that include illegal possession of a firearm; manufacturing, delivering and possessing drugs; resisting arrest; possession of drugs; and possession or use of drug paraphernalia. Those charges were filed Feb. 16, 2020.
Waived for court
• Nicholas Haluschak Jr., 40, of Dravosburg on charges of criminal use of a communication facility; possession of drugs; and three counts of manufacturing, delivering and possessing drugs. Charges were filed by North Versailles police Jan. 23, 2020.
• Brady James Hindes, 19, of Carnegie on charges of purchasing alcoholic beverage as a minor, failing to use proper turning signals, reckless driving and a DUI. Charges were filed Sept. 25.
• Joseph Richard Davanzo, 34, of Braddock on charges of retail theft and defiant trespassing. Charges were filed Dec. 3.
• Alana M. Fusco, 56, of Ligonier on a charge of acquisition or obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge. The charge was filed by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General on Sept. 17.
• Sara Renea Wesley, 40, of North Versailles on charges of public drunkenness and a DUI. Charges were filed Oct. 1.
• Kimberly Anne Caylor, 36, of Marion Center, Pa., on charges of possession of drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and a DUI. Charges were filed Nov. 11.
