The following charges were filed April 22-23, 2021 with Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. Charges were filed by Monroe­ville police, unless otherwise noted:

• Jason Michael Stenger, 39, of New Kensington with careless driving, driving on the wrong side of the roadway and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on April 22 in connection with an incident along the Parkway East in Monroeville.

• Barbara Ann Toy, 39, of Plum with recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on April 22 in connection with an incident along the Parkway East in Monroeville.

• Michael Haller, 36, of Arona with driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving, following too closely and a DUI. Charges were filed by Pennslyvania State Police on April 22 in connection with an incident along the Parkway East in Monroeville.

• Thomas G. Paskevicius, 69, of Pittsburgh with ethnic intimidation, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed April 22 in connection with an incident along the 3700 block of William Penn Highway.

• Stefany Elizabeth Osgood, 33, of White Oak with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. Charges were filed April 22 in connection with an incident along the 4500 block of Broadway Boulevard.

• Karly N. Dimartino, 39, of Jeannette with possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed by Pennsylvania State Police on April 23 in connection with an incident at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Elliott Road.

• Allen M. Delgross, 46, of Jeannette with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under a revoked or suspended license. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on April 23 in connection with an incident at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Elliott Road.
