Monroeville Fire and EMS Show
The Monroeville Fire and EMS Show, formerly known as the Pittsburgh Fire and EMS Expo, will be June 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and June 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Monroeville Convention Center.
Admission is $6, and children younger than 10 are admitted free. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

Jonelle Menner of Monroeville was named the recipient of The Warren E. Wright Prize in Public Speaking at Hamilton College’s annual Class & Charter Day. The outdoor, socially distanced ceremony was held May 11.
Food truck fest
The Monroeville Assembly of God will be holding a food truck fest from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 30.
Join for an all-family service in the sanctuary from 10 to 11 a.m. then head outside for local food trucks, yard games, inflatables and free Rita’s Italian Ice.
The event will be held at the church, 4561 Old William Penn Hwy.
Garden City UMC Food Pantry
Garden City UMC Food Pantry, 500 Laurel Dr., is open.
Distributions will be on the second Thursday of the month from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

The 2021 food distribution dates will be: June 10, July 8, Aug. 12, Sept. 9, Oct. 14, Nov. 11 and Dec. 9.

The Monroeville Lions farmers market is open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at Monroeville Community Park, 2399 Tilbrook Road.
